I had a mixed experience with M D Litho Stones, INC. The quality of their litho stones is excellent, but their customer service needs improvement. The staff was friendly, but they were not very knowledgeable and took a long time to respond to my inquiries. However, once the stones were delivered, I was impressed with their quality and durability. The stones were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I would rate my experience with M D Litho Stones, INC as average.
