Great company. I have been fortunate to work for several great companies in my career and this is the best of the best. The company truly cares about its people and the door is always open all the way up to the CEO. I am excited to get up and do my job every day. One example of the teamwork and dedication is on my interview and initial visit to the company I was taking a tour of the manufacturing plant. On my tour, the VP of Sales points over to a molding machine and states "there is our CEO". He was elbow deep in a molding machine helping to get it working and producing products at optimum productivity. I would highly recommend LASCO Fittings as a great place to work!
