I've been to a lot of breweries in my time, but Guardian Brewing Co. really stands out. The beers are exceptional and the ambiance is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed their stout, it had a rich, velvety smoothness that I haven't found elsewhere.
