I have been using Idea 188 for several months now and I have to say that their services are just average. The website is easy to navigate, but there have been a few instances where I have encountered technical difficulties. The customer support team was able to resolve the issues, but it took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate Idea 188 as an average company.
