I have been a customer of Ft James Corporation-Dixie P for a few years now, and I must say their service is average. They deliver what they promise, but I feel there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are not fully knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
