I had a somewhat mixed experience with this phone company. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I found their prices to be a bit high compared to other companies in the area. The selection of phones was good, but I felt like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. Overall, my experience was okay, but I would probably explore other options before choosing Gulf States United Phone CO again.
