Laterra is a company that I have mixed feelings about. On one hand, their products are of great quality and their website is easy to use. However, their customer service can be hit or miss. There have been times where I've had issues with my orders and it took them a while to resolve them. Overall, I think they are a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
