They were so happy to get my application. Called me so many times and did a phone interview. He said he was going to get back to me because they were really busy. It took them a week just to tell me that my asking price of $19 for a 3rd shift position was way too much and for barely any machine experience. He was very unprofessional about declining my offer. The website said $16 to $19. I have 11yrs of experience in machine operating and was a group leader of 12 people. How is that not enough experience. Two weeks later another person contacted me for a position on second shift. If I wasnt experienced enough then why would they constantly try to contact me to work for them . Horrible horrible supervisors I guess. I definitely didn't have a hard time finding another job for the pay that I am worth. Good luck for the people that do believe they are a good company.
