I would rate Nihonkai Cable Network as an average cable provider. The picture quality is decent, and the channel selection is quite good. However, the customer support is not very helpful. I've had a couple of issues with my service, and it took a long time to get them resolved. I also wish there were more options for sports channels. Overall, it's an okay service, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
