I participated in a training program organized by a renowned training consultancy. The trainers were quite effective in delivering the content and engaging the participants. The training materials provided were relevant and useful. However, I felt that some of the sessions could have been more interactive and engaging. Despite this, I gained a good understanding of the topics covered. It would be great if the company could focus more on creating a dynamic learning environment in future programs.
