I had an average experience with the Secretaría de agricultura, ganadería, desarrollo rural, pesca y alimentación (sagarpa). While their website sagarpa.gob.mx has some useful information, I feel that it could be more user-friendly and organized. The services provided are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
