I had a mixed experience with Universal Shipping Agency SA. Overall, their services were average. While they were able to handle my shipment efficiently, their communication was lacking. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates, which was frustrating. The website was also not very user-friendly. I hope they can improve their communication and website to provide a better customer experience.
