On their website they state your linens will arrive 3-5 business days before your event. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered from them for a June wedding, and the linens did not arrive until the day of the event. They didn't ship the products until 2-3 days before I needed to receive them. Many of the spandex white chair covers had holes in them. You'll get a response via messaging/email, but I called several times and in some cases never got a messaging machine. Made me wonder if the people I "spoke with" were bots.

There is something incredibly shady about this company, and the number of highly satisfied customer reviews--I should have trusted the negative reviews because their experiences were just like mine.
