I have been going to Create Balance Pilates Inc. for a few months now and I am extremely impressed. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a comfortable environment for all fitness levels. The studio is well-maintained and the equipment is kept clean. I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture and overall strength. Highly recommended!
