I recently purchased steel products from this company's website. 😐 Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I could find the products I was looking for quite easily. The ordering process was smooth, and I received a confirmation email promptly. However, there were some minor issues with the delivery. The estimated delivery time was not accurate, and the tracking information was not regularly updated. The customer service was average, as I received a response to my query, but it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. The quality of the steel products was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Considering the price, it was an okay purchase. I would consider buying from this company again if I couldn't find better options elsewhere, but I would also explore other alternatives before making a final decision.
