I recently had the opportunity to work with a property company for my real estate needs. I came across their website and was impressed with the range of properties they offered. The online platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall experience to be average. While they were prompt in responding to my inquiries, their customer service lacked a personal touch. The agents seemed more interested in closing the deal than understanding my specific requirements. Additionally, the properties that were advertised on the website did not always match the reality, leading to some disappointment. In terms of pricing, I found them to be on par with other companies in the market. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, and while they do have a good selection of properties, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and accuracy in descriptions.
