Very cute neighbourhood,good connection to London ...

Very cute neighbourhood,good connection to London centre. Very adorable lobby,especially for christmas season.Unfortunately the deluxe rooms are in the basement....a big dissapointment,since you have not even a day light in your room. The cleaning staff very superficial, leaving dirty teacups, no bathrob,not claned bathroom sink either.Teabag collection after running out of tea was not replaced either.In general the room was OK, but for a 4 star hotel i would expect more service.
