I recently worked with a financial group and insurance services company to review my retirement options, and overall I found this company to be average. The website was informative, but I had some difficulty navigating and finding specific information I was looking for. The customer service was satisfactory, although there were some delays in responses to my inquiries. The financial advisors were knowledgeable and provided good insights, but I wish they were more proactive in following up with me. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
