I would highly recommend this the next time you need your car serviced. The entire experience was smooth and informative. Before any repairs were made they provided a detailed report with photos for all the issues they found. Misty talked me through every item highlighting the issues I had brought up when I dropped off the car and the issues that could have an affect on vehicle safety. I never felt pressured to do any of the recommended repairs. It's also nice to have the report so I can monitor these issues going forward. They kept me updated on the status of my repairs and had no issue with me leaving my car an extra night after repairs were complete.
