Besides the basic scheduling issues requiring me to contact their offices (despite the ol' "we'll call you to set up installation"), they showed up on the intended date and time...without the carpet pad...because they forgot it??? Supposedly coming out tomorrow for installation...this time with the pad. Home Depot shares some of the blame for this.
