I had an okay experience with Specialist id, inc. The products I ordered were decent quality, but the shipping took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out to inquire about my order. Overall, I would consider using Specialist id, inc. again, but I hope they improve their shipping times.
