Large sign with no VAT on all bathroom items with the exception of wall and floor tiles and accessories. We bought 2 toilet brushes, a laundry basket and toilet towels, but did not get a discount, because these were accessories ??
When I asked what the bathroom items were that did receive a discount, staff could not answer. She found herself - several customers had already complained - the advertisement very unclear, but had to follow the final amount of the checkout. It was leading. Really a bait without content. A company like Nijhof unworthy !!!

Nijhof contacted me about this publication and finally a satisfactory solution was found!
