Refuses to help children unless the are actively attempting suicide or murder. My daughter is having major issues and showing red flags in addition to self inflicting injuries and physical violence toward siblings. A well has having attempted suicide within the past year. we have tried out patient with no results and these clowns said she is not aggressive enough. So much for preventative help.
