I have mixed feelings about my purchase from My Phone Club Ltd. On one hand, the phone itself is great and meets all my expectations. On the other hand, the customer service was lacking. It took them several days to respond to my queries and the process of getting the phone delivered was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
