Last winter, our apartment didn't have heat and I had to go to Home Depot myself to get a heater so TVRA could take it off my next month's rent. Michael is not a pleasant person to deal with, on the phone nor in person. His intonation is that any minor inquiry you may have is inconveniencing for him. My advice? Do something that makes you feel better in life so you don't act so miserable all the time. Amanda and Julie have always been great!
