I had a rather mixed experience with Civil Rights Michigan Dept. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were certain areas where they fell short. The staff I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, but the response time to my inquiries could have been better. Overall, it was an okay experience.
