Not at all a good experience! Took at least 2 hours not including the time we waited to load up. 2 laps around the airport, driver was rude at best trying to gather information on where everyone was going. What was the point of the cards we each got with our destination on it? A lot of honking and complaining about other drivers. The card also says and we were told the driver accepts all credit cards for payment. He didn't want to, because he had to call it in. Needless to say we will not use this service again.
