Overall, I had an average experience with Exen Holdings LLC. Their website exentechnologies.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had a few inquiries and it took them a while to respond. The response rate could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything was okay.
