I purchased a used car a little over two months ag...

I purchased a used car a little over two months ago from this dealership. Because I live out of state I trusted this dealership to provide the necessary paperwork for obtaining a title and license plates in my state. Two months later I'm still waiting my title. I've had no responses from the staff member named Simon who sold me the car. I cannot recommend this dealership at all as I feel their ability to follow up is less than acceptable, and the customer service is even worse. Once they have made a sale they don't care about you at all.
