You get the complete immigrant experience, as in: staff yelling for you to fill in all the gaps in the line, crowded boats/ people shoving each other to get on/off, and the boat with smelly bathrooms (you can smell the bathrooms from outside). Liberty Park itself is crowded with all the people coming off the boat and there is barely any place for shade. Me and my mom did not get off at Ellis Island as I was begining to feel seasick and wanted to go back to Battery Park (water was very choppy, especially when other boats pass by). Overall not a good experience with very poor management on behalf of Statue Cruises.
