This is on behalf of the KLM delayed flight passenger. The Shuttle schedule and pickup station is not accurate. I called the reception and told us on bus stop A9-A13 But the travel guide letter from Klm said C13 bus stop and it did picked us up at C13. Secondly Corendon Reception told us 21:15pm which is it was only 1700pm at that time.( They should advise from the desk of KLM what is the correct time of shuttle instead of waiting outside). 3rd is the dinning or meal voucher given, They do not have a proper system that sometimes they missed someone waiting for ages and the later ones comes first. This happened Oct 31St 20.00pm Dinner seating. So dissapointed.
