I recently booked a trip with Arctic Escape and had an average experience with them. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that the overall organization of the trip could have been better. The activities were enjoyable, but there were some issues with timing and coordination. However, the tour guide was knowledgeable and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
