Amplifyd is an average company. The website is okay, but nothing exceptional. Their customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they respond quickly and provide helpful answers, but other times it takes them forever to reply and their responses are not very useful. The products I purchased were satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. Overall, I would say Amplifyd is just okay.
