Not a very pleasant experience. We had an issue with our AC unit it wasn't broken just needed an inspection to help it run more efficiently. We scheduled the first technician to come out for a 12-4 window. They did not show during the window and did not give any update or courtesy call. They were finally able to "start heading over" at 530 but we were no longer available and rescheduled. The next window was from 10-2 and they no called no showed. I called at 7pm and got the response "you are next on the list" waited until 10pm with no updates or courtesy call to reschedule. I would not recommend this company at all due to poor customer service and poor technician timing.
