The overall experience at Chez Gilbert was underwhelming. The food was mediocre and lacked flavor. The service was average, with long waiting times and little attention from the staff. The ambiance was nothing special either, quite generic for a French restaurant. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my visit.
