I had mixed feelings about Hey heisenberg! Initially, I was impressed with their website and the variety of products they offer. However, I encountered some issues with the customer service. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiry and when I did, it was not very helpful. Nonetheless, the quality of the products I purchased was good. It's just a shame about the customer service.
