I had a mixed experience with Bigcrunch. On one hand, their platform is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience with Bigcrunch was just average.
