I am a CUSTOMER of A Sound Decision Inc. and I must say their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the search function works well. However, the selection of products is quite limited and I had trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth and the delivery was prompt, so I can't complain too much. Overall, an average experience.
