I had a rather average experience with Double B Trailers LLC. Their website, doublebbtrailers.com, was straightforward to navigate, and I was able to find the trailer I needed. However, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff was not very friendly and failed to provide adequate information about the product. The trailer itself was fine, but the overall purchasing experience was lacking.
