I've been banking with Shelby County State Bank for a couple of years now and overall, I'm quite satisfied with their services. The customer service representatives are always polite and helpful. The online banking experience is smooth and convenient. However, I have noticed a few glitches in the mobile app, which can be frustrating at times. But apart from that, it's a good bank to work with.
