Very unprofessional who ever the lazy operator is in my opinion needs a new Job like seriously. I got laid off from my job and thought I could get some help and the operator knows absolutely nothing. Every time I call she transfer me to this voicemail, my messages are never answered it's been a week now, It's to the point where the operator is picking up and hanging the phone up in my face this is very upsetting
