Always read very carefully the contract holding deposit with vantage agency and all the papers, don t leave they make you rush.
Put attention in ever single word of papers they send to you.
Excellent customer service. The team is very prompt in answering to the queries especially Raymond Cheung. He is prompt, courteous and is well informed about the real estate market. The agency fees are also very economical unlike few others in the market. would highly recommend Vantage services.
I have a similar experience as other unhappy customers here; they don't miss any opportunity to suck money out of tenants. The landlords they deal with also seem to be in the same boat, unfortunately.
Only tip I can give is; for any services (maintenance work, end of tenancy cleaning etc.) just g...

Disgusting customer service. The people who answer the phone have no manners and they treat you with no respect at all. They are incompetent people who probably think they are smarter than you.
Please please please stay well away from these people. They expect you to pay rent and not touch the property. Stay well away if you have kids as they don't allow for any fair wear and tear. We had the property professionally cleaned as More
