I came from out of town to visit my family and i saw a nice car at sierra auto. They took me to turner acceptance and got everything done the same day. Yesmin took care of me and her service was excellent.
Extremely high interest rate, but they financed me with bad credit and little down a couple years ago.
They worked with me when I fell behind, even deferred some payments, very easy to work with.
Would use again, but hopefully I can get a better interest rate.

Predatory lending of subprime loans. Very shady. Staff could not explain rates or do basic arithmatic, manager needed to "google it" and laughed when I did not sign over concerns.

This place is a rip off ! Original amount of loan was for $7900. Had an accident insurance was going to pay it off. i was told i still owed the $2700 after the insurance because my loan was for $12,000. plus always charging me for insurance when i already had insurance
Post payments late! Charge late fees on on time payments, rude customer service agents and managers! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
Total garbage. They keep you on hold forever because they know you will end up hanging up. DO NOT GET A LOAN with this company. They will sweet talk to you at first than you are trash to them.
