I find that the Financial Aid Dept at Suny Cortlan...

I find that the Financial Aid Dept at Suny Cortland is not very helpful. I have delt with other colleges and they assist you in any way possible.Cortlanf staff (in fin aid Dept) are very short and not informative. Yet when u switch to another Dept they have excellent customer service skills.

Advisors are absolutely terrible! Help at this college and assistance for this college is non existant. Forget about being a safe school either. This college needs to seriously rethink their setup, goals, and morals. Don't count on this being fixed either!!
