First, the good. They didn t have one of the flavors, so they sent a stick with hatch green chile. It was one of the best sticks I ve ever had. Will reorder that.

It's good, but not worth the premium price and the wait for shipping. Also, the slab is ridiculously difficult to cut, even with my Cutcos. I can't imagine how many fingers will be severed from folks trying to cut through this slab of leather. Will not order again.

Not worth the money and not a true representation of what South African Biltong taste like. Should remove that word Billtong and just put dried beef.
