Very Very Very Bad

Very Very Very Bad,
They take sooooooooooooo long to give you the deposit back.
They keep acting nice and use fancy nice words in the emails to justify the delay of your money.

Stoit is a reliable party within the expat housing market of Eindhoven. I worked with them, and that was pleasant. I would certainly recommend Stoit to expats who are looking for a complete and mostly luxury home in the center, but also outside of Eindhoven.

At first sight, a neat company with a good tour. Note, however, request a contribution from the tenant of 375.00. This is prohibited by law and may not be done in any way. Also not disguised as administration costs. After a question about this, these costs' lapsed in consultation, very misleading.

Rented out my house via Stoit Group. Main prio's were finding a renter and overseeing the administrative process while I was away. Those tasks were performed well. Communication processes sometimes could be improved but overall satisfied with the service.

They will try to steal your money.. I know someone who was leaving his flat. Both parties signed a report. But after 10 days, they added extra costs (e.g. microwave broken for 600 ), sent him another version of the report, unsigned by him, and wanted him to pay.
