The most disappointing retail experience EVER! We just wanted to exchange, not return, exchange a pair of boots with a malfunctioning zipper. Jeff, customer service person that we dealt with was rude, condescending, and most difficult to work with. Avoid this store. There are so many other choices...

Traveling from Indianapolis and I purchased a pair of shoes then discovered they were the wrong color sole. Took shoes back to EXCHANGE only. They said no because I did not have any he Box . But you have it because I m traveling . They still said no. I m upset because I just wanted an exchange....

Nice selections of shoes in various colors, size like men's 10 are more difficult to find here. Would have given this place a 5 for variety but customer service could be a lot better, not the most welcoming, could atleast crack a smile, just made me want to walk out.

Smaller selection, but the shoes people actually want like OG Air Max 1s and South Beach 97s. As soon as u walked in the salesman showed me where everything is so I didn t have to search every shelf. Prices seemed to be reasonable as well.

The zipper on a pair of shoes we bought yesterday had the zipper malfunction. Came to exchange them, and we were met with an incredibly rude and condescending shopkeeper, Jeff, who didn't believe there was an issue, unless it happened right in front of him. Don't ever go here!

"I was in town for Essence. Love the decor and copped a pair of Nike Pocketknife's I've only seen online. Had a retro New Orleans Jazz t-shirt and matching dad cap. Great souvenir for the peeps back home better than your cheap tourist type tees that seem to be everywhere."
