This place use to have one of the best reputations in the Rochester area! Now, they hire any and everybody! From the staff parking issues and nasty security guards, to the incompetent nursing staff! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am very disturbed with the care given here and the amount of unprofessionalism I have witnessed. St. Johns is not how it use to be. I would never place a family member here EVER!!!
