Called customer service regarding audio defects in...

Called customer service regarding audio defects in Samsung A41 phone. We kept on the line for 30 minutes. I had to explain the same problem to 3 workers. As a result, they registered an application and promised to call within 1-2 days. More than a week passed, and no one called.
