Currently stuck with a $468 water bill for one per...

Currently stuck with a $468 water bill for one person for February service due to the ice storm.
So far no luck getting assistance after two chat sessions. Now waiting on an email response. I wish SAWS placed more value on their customers.

I am unable to log in via the website to make payments. I tried resting my password and it s impossible. I called customer service and they had no clue how to fix the issue. I was promised a call back. This was over a month ago. Paying over the phone is a pain.
